Finish wears off after only 3 months of wear. Not covered under warranty. Mechanism works great, holds true, adjusts easily. Rigidness of belt holds up well to gear attached.
It’s a china company. I ordered it sept.18 ,delivered sept.28 . It had to go through customs. I live in Ontario.
I am extremely disappointed with both the Vitello Tactical Belt and the support offered after the buckle failed. My purchase was Order #104497. The buckle appears to be made from relatively fragile aluminum, and mine snapped during use. For something marketed as a “tactical” belt, I would expect the buckle to be durable and, at the very least, replaceable if it fails. Vitello advertises its products with a 10-year warranty, yet in my experience that warranty has provided no meaningful protection. Despite the buckle failing, I was offered no warranty replacement, no replacement buckle, no repair option, and no practical way to keep using an otherwise functional belt. Vitello also indicates that its buckles are interchangeable, but that does not appear to be true for the Tactical Belt. Instead of supplying a compatible replacement buckle, their solution was to offer me a discount toward purchasing an entirely new Tactical Belt. A broken buckle should not render an entire belt useless, particularly when the company promotes interchangeable buckles and advertises a 10-year warranty. A warranty has very little value if a failed component cannot actually be replaced or repaired. Based on my experience with Order #104497, I cannot recommend the Vitello Tactical Belt. The buckle durability is questionable, replacement options are effectively nonexistent, and the after-sales warranty support has been extremely disappointing.
Smallest belt ever no way to adjust or order in bigger sizes. 40in waist can’t even put this on. Huge disappointments. Other companies far more reliable

Overall, this belt is unlike anything I’ve owned before. It’s extremely strong, fits very well, and the overall quality seems excellent. The release latch took a little getting used to, but once I figured it out, it works well. My only concern from a durability standpoint is how the section of the belt that feeds into the buckle will wear over time, so I’ll be interested to see how it holds up with regular use. My biggest disappointment was that I was under the impression I was buying a Canadian product. I was surprised when the belt shipped directly from China. That doesn’t necessarily take away from the quality of the belt, but it was disappointing and not what I expected when I made the purchase. Overall, I’m happy with the belt itself. It feels extremely solid and well made; I just wish the origin and shipping location had been clearer.

Bought the tactical belt and the buckle fell off during a trip and lost the buckle and tried to buy just a replacement tactical buckle (the other buckles don’t fit the tactical belt) and Vittelo said they don’t have any tactical buckles they can sell separately and that I’d have to buy an entire new belt. They definitely could sell a buckle separately and they also could have a better product where the buckle doesn’t fall off the belt. Garbage product, garbage company, do not buy anything from them.

The paint on the buckle has already started peeling in spots. The belt itself seems to be moving within the mechanism on the buckle that is supposed to hold it. I was expecting more from a belt at this price point.
Belt sticks out passed the ratchet too far and pokes out on shirts. When shortening now it’s a little tight and doesn’t hold. Customer service said to pay and order a second one; can’t just get the belt alone without the clasp and no returns. Way overpriced doesn’t hold in clasp and doesn’t hold on ratchet. I have a belt that came on a pair of $10 shorts that works better.
just got it look and feels strong didn't come with any paper had to look up how to take it off and it just fits it i have a 38 wast I only can get 2 click wish it was alittle more but will see how it turns out
It has been an about two months now. I have worn the tactical belt every day. The fancy belt will have to wait until I get dressed up.
